  • How to choose poses based on your needs, not trends

Inside the workshop, you’ll learn the POSE Method, a simple framework for designing your own practice: 


  • Purpose – why you practise beyond “I should” 
  • Objective – clear, achievable goals that support consistency 
  • Structure – how to choose poses and create realistic routines 
  • Energy – how to adapt your practice to your day and nervous system 


 This gives you a way to decide what to practise without second-guessing yourself.
