When I suffered my third yoga-related injury, I knew something had to change.
I decided it was time to revisit where I was going wrong in my practice. I realized I didn't have strong foundations - I had been rushing ahead without really understanding the basics.
So, I decided to go back to square one. To truly get familiar with the foundational poses. And, along the way, I discovered something surprising: Yoga foundations aren't just about the poses.
They include a particular approach to mindset, the willingness to slow down, and the acceptance of a little bit of yoga philosophy.
Blending these together transformed how I practice - it made yoga so much more rewarding, sustainable and (so far) injury-free.
And now, I want to help YOU build the same strong foundations.
