What the Power Hour Is:

The Steady Speaker Power Hour is a live, 60-minute voice-note coaching session delivered via Telegram. 


During a dedicated one-hour window, we exchange voice notes in real time. You can listen, pause, reflect, and respond at your own pace within that container. 


No camera. No stage. No pressure to perform. Just grounded, personalised guidance you can actually use.

  • What do I get from this hour?
    By the end of the Power Hour, you’ll have a clear, personalised pre- or post-speaking plan, tools tailored to your body and your situation, more confidence in how to support yourself before and after speaking, and a sense of readiness, not pressure.
    The goal is not to "fix" you. It’s to help you feel prepared and steady enough to move forward.
  • How does it work?
    Book your Power Hour and choose your focus. You’ll receive access via email to a private Telegram thread and a link to choose your session time. At your scheduled time, we exchange voice notes and messages for 60 minutes. You keep the voice notes and can return to them anytime. You can pause to breathe or reflect before responding - this is a no-pressure zone. This works with your nervous system, not against it.
  • Will I need to practice any speech or talk during this time?
    To keep this space safe and contained, please note:
    - No speaking performance is required
    - No talk-exposure or forced sharing
    - No pressure to talk about anything that feels uncomfortable. You are always in control of what you share.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    The Power Hour is a stand-alone session. Some people book it once. Others return to it before important speaking moments or as a reset after doing other work. You’re welcome to use it in whatever way supports you best.
